UPDATE: New Revoked ELD

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has removed All-Ways Track ELD from the list of Registered Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs).

The device was removed on March 27, 2023 due to the company's failure to meet the minimum requirements established in 49 CFR part 395, subpart B, Appendix A.

The device is identified as follows:

ELD Name: All-Ways Track Model number: AWT01 ELD Identifier: AWTELD ELD Provider: ALL-WAYS TRACK, LLC.

This ELD now appears on FMCSA’s Revoked Devices list.

Motor carriers and drivers who use the device listed above must take the following actions:

  1. Discontinue using the revoked device(s) and revert to paper logs or alternative logging software to record required hours of service data.

  2. Replace the revoked device(s) with compliant ELD(s) from the Registered Devices list before the date below.

Motor Carriers have until May 26, 2023 to replace the device with a compliant ELD. However, it is strongly encouraged that actions are taken as soon as possible to prevent violations in the future.
