In this course, students will learn rules and regulations pertaining to the Annual DOT Inspection of commercial motor vehicle fleets. This training is specifically focused on the rules of 49 CFR 393 and 396 Appendix A of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations.
We developed this training 11-years ago and since have been training and certifying maintenance technicians to merge their technical and mechanical knowledge with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) to ensure proper maintenance procedures are being used to meet the minimum requirements when working commercial motor vehicles.
The training includes a FMCSR Pocketbook, 6-hours of classroom training and a qualification certificate at the end. Highly recommended for all maintenance technicians, whether for initial training or refresher training.
